Who you would be working with
I am Martin. I build websites for small businesses across Greater Manchester, and I have spent the last few years working on business systems for companies that live and die by whether their enquiries, records and accounts are set up properly. That is why I care about the parts nobody enjoys talking about: where your enquiries land, who owns the domain, and what happens to all of it in two years.
On Stephen's rebuild I moved a live site, its domain, its email and a second domain onto new hosting without his enquiries missing a beat, and cut his running costs to the price of the domain. You get the same person for the quote, the build and the support afterwards. There is no account manager and nothing gets passed to anyone else.

How I work
Four things I will not move on.
Fixed price, always
You get the number in writing before I start. If the job grows, I quote the extra and you decide. Nothing appears on an invoice you have not agreed.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, forms, analytics. Set up in accounts you control from day one, so you are never locked to me.
No monthly fees
Hosting for a normal site is free. Changes are priced per job. If you never need me again, that is a fair outcome.
I tell you what not to buy
If a page, a feature or a tool will not earn its money for your business, I say so. Turning down work I do not think you need is cheaper for both of us.
